A second incident of approaching minors in Larnaca came to light.
The said incident preceded the complaint that an unknown person attempted to kidnap an 8-year-old girl in Larnaca.
According to police information, an elementary school principal reported that on Monday (15/5) an elderly man approached the outside of the school and asked some students their names during recess.
The same information states that the children did not respond and were taken away. Despite police investigations, the elderly man has not been located.
It is recalled that Authorities and parents in the province of Larnaca were mobilized after an incident with an 8-year-old girl who was in the tutoring school for her private lessons.
As the child's father complains to the SIGMA camera, the incident took place around 2:30 in the afternoon in the area of Agios Fanourios, in Aradippou.
"There was someone parked on a motorcycle and wearing a helmet and he said to the baby daughter come and take you to your mother..your mother told me to come and get you....the baby fell asleep he said stay with us and they looked at him strangely and left he praised towards the up for the next tutorials he had"
The parents were informed of the incident late in the afternoon when the child returned home and reported the incident.
"I was informed that the baby, when his special needs were finished, that the child himself, and this is what saddens us"
The unknown man who tried to approach the child reportedly tried to lure him to follow him in other ways, to no avail.
The parents of the eight-year-old girl, while still not recovering from the shock, send a message to the other parents.
"Yesterday something happened in the XNUMXst primary school of Aradippou, the message I want to send to the parents is that the children should have a GPS on them, not in the suitcase, at any moment we don't know when a child would be caught from us and immediately we detect so that something bad happens to the baby and then we detect it".
