In the last 21 hours, the Police proceeded with 3 complaints of citizens and 24 responsible establishments, as part of the controls for the implementation of the measures against the spread of the coronavirus.
As a representative of the communication department of the Police stated to KYPE, during the last 24 hours that ended at 06:00 on Monday, 3.078 checks were carried out throughout free Cyprus.
In Nicosia 1.598 inspections were carried out out of which 4 complaints of citizens emerged, in Limassol 236 inspections were carried out with 2 complaints of premises and 8 citizens, in Larnaca 394 inspections were carried out with 4 complaints of citizens, in Paphos 105 with 2 complaints of citizens and one estate were carried out, in A after 394 inspections, 3 citizens were reported, while in the area of Morfos, 148 inspections were carried out without any complaints.
The Traffic Department carried out 197 checks without any complaints, while the Port Police carried out 6 checks also without complaints.
