In the last twenty-four hours, the Police proceeded with 14 complaints, of 7 citizens and 7 people in charge of the premises, while a total of 3.141 inspections were carried out in order to verify the observance and implementation of the decrees of the Law on Infectious Diseases.

Speaking to KYPE, a representative of the Communication Branch of the Police Headquarters stated that 1.733 inspections were carried out in Nicosia, out of which no complaints were reported, in Limassol 328 inspections were carried out, out of which 1 citizen complaint and 4 complaints were made to officials.

In Larnaca 368 inspections were carried out with one complaint of a person in charge, in Paphos 162 inspections were carried out, from which two complaints of citizens emerged, in Famagusta 313 inspections were carried out with 4 complaints of citizens and two premises, in Morphou 123 inspections were carried out without complaints.

Also, the Traffic Police carried out 98 inspections and the Coast Guard 10 inspections without any complaints.
