However, in the mountainous areas and especially in the western and southern areas of Troodos, without excluding the interior, isolated rains and isolated storms are expected, during the midday hours and after. In a storm, hail is likely to fall. The winds will initially blow northeasterly to southeasterly, weak to moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort, to gradually become mainly southwesterly to northwesterly by the afternoon, of the same intensity. The temperature will rise to around 36 degrees in the interior, around 30 on the coast and around 28 degrees in the higher mountains.
Tonight, the weather will be mainly clear. During the dawn hours, local light fog and low cloudiness may form. Winds will blow mainly northwest to northeast, weak and locally moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort. The sea will remain slightly rough in the west, while on the rest of the coast it will be calm to slightly rough. The temperature will drop to around 21 degrees inland, around 23 on the coast and around 20 degrees in the higher mountains.
On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, the weather will be mostly clear.
The temperature will gradually rise until Thursday, to hover above the average climatic values of the season.
