Siam was found guilty by the court, following her own confession, of the only charge she faced for conspiracy to commit robbery, for which she was sentenced to four years in prison without parole. She initially denied all charges against her along with the other three defendants and then changed her response to the conspiracy charge of robbery from non-admission to admission, with the Prosecution suspending all other charges she faced.
The accused in the case are Loizos Tzionis, his half-brother Lefteris Solomos and Marios Hadjixenofontos.
