Four members of the "board of directors" of the "electricity authority" have resigned in the occupied territories on the occasion of the uproar caused regarding the purchase of fuel without a tender notice. The opposition RTK, demanding (since yesterday) that the details of the contracts of the four companies from which the fuel is purchased by assignment be made public, "bounced" in the morning at the "prime minister's office". The president of the RTK, Tufan Erhiurman, the 18 "MPs" and party officials declared that they will remain there until they are given the contracts.

According to the local media, the four resigned members of the "electricity authority" are the ones who refused to sign the assignment contracts for the purchase of fuel. They are Ersan Karatas, Samer Birjik. Herman Faidali and Ramadan Kartal. Another member of the "administrative board", Ali Khoroz, announced that he is not resigning from the "council" but from the DK, on behalf of which he was appointed to this body.

In the meantime, RTK, which yesterday appealed to the "constitutional court" against the specific contracts and held a protest event outside the "prime ministry", gave the "government" until yesterday at 8 pm to make the contracts public.

Today they set up a tent outside the building to remain in protest. However, at some point in the morning "MPs" and the president of the RTK entered the building and asked to see the "prime minister", Unal Ustel, who was outside. "Until we get the documents, we will not leave here," said Erhiurman and "MPs" according to Jeni Duzen, who also publishes related photos from inside the "prime ministry" with Mr. Erhiurman and some "MPs" standing. in the hallway.

The contracts concern the companies PetCo, İçKale and AlkaGesta and were reportedly signed following a relevant order from the "prime minister".

When the RTK delegation was told that Mr. Ustel was not in the building and would come after noon, according to Jeni Duzen, Tufan Erhiurman replied that they were not interested. "We said since yesterday that we would be here at 9 am. "He knew we were coming," he said of Unal Ustel, noting that they are "MPs" and the "prime minister" does not respect them. Until they get the documents they asked for, he added, they will continue to be in front of the "prime ministry".
