Seasonal low pressure and warm air mass affect the area.
Today, the weather will be mostly clear, however, in the coastal areas, both in the morning and in the afternoon, there will be intermittent increased low clouds. In the mountains, during the midday hours and after, clouds that will develop, it is not excluded that they will give isolated rain. Winds will initially blow northeast to southeast and locally southwest, light, 3 Beaufort, to become progressively by noon mainly southwest to northwest, light to moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort and transient on the southern coast to strong, 4 to 5 Beaufort. The sea will be generally calm to a little rough, however temporarily in the afternoon in the south and southwest, it will be a little rough. The temperature will rise to around 41 degrees in the interior, around 33 on the west and southwest coasts, around 36 on the rest of the coasts and around 32 degrees in the higher mountains.
Tonight, the weather will remain mostly clear, although there will be locally increased low cloud along the coast, particularly in the west and north. Later and during the morning hours, light mist or fog may form locally, particularly inland and southeast areas. The winds will initially blow southwest to northwest, weak, 3 Beaufort, to later become descending, of the same intensity. The sea will be calm to a little rough. The temperature will drop to around 24 degrees on the west and south-west coasts, around 25 in the interior and on the rest of the coasts and around 21 degrees in the higher mountains.
On Wednesday, the weather in most parts of the island will be mostly clear with temporarily increased clouds, however, in the mountains, clouds that will develop during the midday hours and after, are expected to give isolated rains, without excluding the occurrence of an isolated short storm.
On Thursday (Assumption of the Virgin Mary) the weather in most areas of the island will be mostly clear with temporarily increased local clouds. In the mountains, however, during the midday hours and after, clouds that will develop, it is not excluded that they will give isolated rain. On Friday, the weather will be mostly clear with temporarily increased local clouds.
The temperature until Friday is not expected to change appreciably, to continue to fluctuate above the average climatic values of the season.
