The Department of Meteorology issued a yellow warning for storms, hail and strong winds.
The warning will be in effect from 10 pm on Tuesday (30/12) until 10 pm the following day (31/12).
Specifically, the combination of rain, isolated storms and very strong and locally strong winds of intensity 6 to 7 Beaufort, is expected to affect the island and mainly the coast and the mountains. In a storm, hail may fall. The total rainfall is expected to exceed 55 millimeters in 24 hours locally.
