Six hooded men attacked a speed limit recording vehicle of a private company contracted by the Government.
Specifically, around 2:20 in the morning, the Police received information that an employee of a mobile camera company, while conducting a traffic control on the Kanto-Omodos road, was attacked by unknown persons wearing hoods.
The 37-year-old suffered a head injury from the attack.
He was taken to the Limassol General Hospital, where, after receiving first aid, he was discharged. The 37-year-old suffered external injuries and head abrasions.
According to the complaint, they threw a stone at him, damaged the company's vehicle, broke a window and slashed a tire.
Police are conducting investigations.
