Around 6.30 this morning, a 76-year-old man, while driving his car on Spyros Kyprianou Avenue in Limassol, at some point on the road, under circumstances that are being investigated, ran over and injured a 79-year-old pedestrian.
The 79-year-old was transferred to Limassol General Hospital, where it was determined that she suffered a subdural hematoma and rib fractures and was kept for further hospitalization in the Intensive Care Unit.
Her health condition is considered critical by the attending physicians.
The Limassol Traffic Police continues the examinations.
