The theft of 70 industrial hemp plants was reported yesterday by the owner of an industrial hemp production and trading company, which operates in Limassol.
As reported by the complainant, the theft took place between September 23 and 25, in the agricultural plot he maintains in the area of Kalos Horio Limassol. The perpetrators allegedly cut and removed 70 plants of industrial hemp, 1,2 to 1,5 meters high.
The scene was visited by members of the Kalos Chori police station, who are investigating the case.
