Serious incidents took place on Friday afternoon (21/05) between a large number of foreigners, in a hotel in Paphos where unaccompanied minors are staying.
According to the Police, around 18:30 yesterday afternoon, serious clashes were reported between a large number of foreigners at the hotel.
For an unknown reason, the foreigners were caught in the arms, throwing chairs and hitting each other with sticks, resulting in great unrest in the area.
Strong police forces and members of the MMAD rushed to the spot to enforce order in the area. Five people were injured in the incidents, two of whom were taken to Paphos General Hospital for treatment.
