Students at Polis Chrysochous High School in Paphos ended the school year with side songs.
Students lit smoke and fireworks, causing a fire in an adjacent field. Members of the Fire Brigade attempted to extinguish the fire, while members of the Police rushed to the scene and received statements about the incident.
The fire burned a dozen of dry grass, wild vegetation and acacias. However, no damage was done to the school.
The incident is being investigated by the Police Station of Polis Chrysochous.
