An investigation by the Ministry of Health has identified a possible association between the recent death of a 42-year-old woman and the vaccination against COVID19.

In particular, the Pharmacovigilance Committee has ruled that there is a correlation with the vaccine 4 out of 9, according to the algorithm used by the World Health Organization.
The Ministry of Health has sent the findings to the European Medicines Agency.
The 42-year-old was hospitalized after suffering a thromboembolic event.
He had received the AstraZeneca vaccine.
