The circumstances under which a 76-year-old woman was critically injured in a traffic accident that occurred yesterday, on the Limassol-Nicosia highway, are being investigated by the Police.
According to the data under examination, shortly before 6.00 on Sunday afternoon, while a 75-year-old man was driving his car on the Limassol-Nicosia highway, with his 76-year-old wife co-driver, at a roadside point near the Kornos exit, under conditions under investigation, lost control of his vehicle and crashed into his vehicle in front, driven by a 49-year-old man, with a 43-year-old co-driver.
