An 18-year-old man was arrested on the evening of Sunday, January 12th to facilitate Police inquiries regarding two recently investigated cases of robberies from food distributors in Larnaca.
According to the Police, the 18-year-old was arrested on the basis of judicial arrest warrants and he is also being investigated for offenses involving theft from cars and possession of an offensive weapon.
The young man will appear before the Larnaca District Court today for the issuance of a detention order.
