Operated by next Monday single Call Center for Citizen Service Centers (KEP), announces the Department of Public Administration and Personnel.
As mentioned in an announcement of the Department, the new unified call center of KEP through the Government Unified Network, will have a nationwide number 22309100.
Therefore, it is added, the operation of the individual telephone lines of communication for each KEP is terminated separately.
Please note that the call center operates from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00.
It is understood that the on-site service of the public continues to be done with the prior arrangement of appointments, through telephone communication with the KEP, in the above number, the announcement concludes.
