A 13-year-old boy who was driving with his 22-year-old sister and a 9-month-old baby as passengers was spotted by members of the Police on Thursday afternoon in Limassol.
According to the Limassol Traffic Police, officers stopped a vehicle traveling on Archbishop Makarios III Avenue and determined that the driver was 13 years old, with his 22-year-old sister as a passenger, who was holding their sister's 9-month-old baby. It was also determined that neither of them was wearing a seat belt.
The occupants of the vehicle were taken to the police station, where the minor's father and owner of the vehicle were called.
Both the father and the 22-year-old were charged in writing, while the 13-year-old does not bear any criminal responsibility.
