The Police are investigating the circumstances under which a 22-year-old man was seriously injured in a road collision that occurred last night in Limassol.
The road collision occurred around 9.30pm on Tuesday evening, at the intersection of Agias Fylaxeos Street and Agios Ilarionos Street, in Limassol, where under circumstances that are being investigated, the motorcycle driven by the 22-year-old collided with a car driven by a 38-year-old man.
Police and an ambulance crew rushed to the scene. The 22-year-old motorcyclist was taken to Limassol General Hospital, where it was determined that he had serious internal injuries to his body. He is being treated in the Intensive Care Unit, in serious condition, according to the attending doctors.
The Limassol Traffic Police Department is investigating the circumstances under which the road collision occurred.
