New tragedy: The 41-year-old Spyridon went out on the asphalt

Spyridonas Zaferiadis, a 41-year-old resident of Paphos, died in a new deadly road collision that took place last night in the province of Limassol.

The new fatality happened around 9.45pm. yesterday, on the Limassol - Paphos highway. At some point on the road, despite the exit of Kolossi, under conditions that are being investigated by the Police, the 41-year-old lost control of the car he was driving, as a result of which he crashed into the iron guardrail of the road and came to a standstill.

The 41-year-old was thrown from his vehicle due to the severity of the collision, resulting in injury. He was transported by ambulance to the Limassol General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The Limassol Traffic Police is investigating the causes of the collision.
