Yesterday, two persons were taken to the hospital after being carried away by a vehicle in Limassol.
According to the Police, it was around 8:30 in the evening, when a 43-year-old driver pulled over, under circumstances that are being investigated, a 70-year-old and a 66-year-old, who were trying to cross Valtetsiou Street.
Ambulances rushed to the scene and took the two injured to the Limassol General Hospital, where it was found that the 70-year-old man has a hematoma on the head and a rib fracture, while the 66-year-old woman has a tibia fracture.
Both are hospitalized out of danger, with the Limassol traffic police continuing the tests.
