He added that "this illegal formation, the pseudo-state, did not receive international recognition, as was Turkey's goal, but instead, this action was condemned by the UN Security Council, and the European Court of Human Rights has ruled that "The pseudo-state is non-existent and is a subordinate administration in Turkey."
