Kıbrıs (08.11.22) writes that the Vice President of the Republic of Turkey, Fuat Oktay, is expected to arrive in the occupied territories today. As part of his illegal visit, Oktai will meet tomorrow in occupied Morphou with female producers and entrepreneurs. Afterwards, he will speak in Nicosia as part of the opening ceremony and presentation of the so-called prime minister's "data center", with public participation.
According to the Turkish Cypriot press, among the projects that Oktai will inaugurate will be the "public data center of the TRNC", the roads Morphou - Lefkas and Platanissos - Gialousa and 90 kilometers of rural roads. In addition, the first section of the central Mesaoria plain irrigation line, which is an important part of the water supply project from Turkey to the occupied territories, and the 207-kilometer storage tank connection line project will be presented.
During Oktai's visit, the investment programs for youth and sports, the program for the geographic information system of the occupying regime, the program for the trigonometric network in the occupied territories, the program for vocational training courses and programs of Turkish educational institution. Several grant programs and projects will be announced at the same time.
