The new fixed traffic cameras in Nicosia will be activated on Tuesday, June 6.

According to the Chief of the Traffic Department of the Headquarters, Tassos Asiikki, the Police will issue an announcement on the new photo-marking points in Nicosia.

As he mentioned, on Tuesday, June 6, an announcement will be made that two more controlled intersections will be activated in Nicosia.

Specifically, in Nicosia the cameras will operate at the intersection of Archbishop Makarios and Digeni Akrita and the cameras of Strovolos Avenue at its junction with Machira Street.

As for Limassol, for the two points, on Makariou Avenue at the junction with Nikos Pattichis Avenue and at the intersection of Archbishop Makariou and Agia Zoni Avenues, confirmation is awaited from the Department of Electromechanical Services and they will probably operate on June 12.
