Those who have insurance will be offered a maximum of €3.000, the amount deducted from the excess waiver.

The same philosophy, he pointed out, also applies to rental housing, commercial real estate.

Mr. Ioannou said that those who have not submitted an application, the deadline expires on March 15 and will be examined by a three-member committee consisting of a civil engineer and technicians from the municipality of Limassol, while in case of objection a committee was created by the Prefect of Limassol and the Senior Administrative Officer and civil engineering for examination.

"We will proceed immediately with the payment if the deadline expires on March 15", he added.
