As in 2020, this year, due to the measures against the coronavirus, there will be differences in relation to the applications for the Child Allowance and the Single Parent Allowance.
Responsible official from the Ministry of Labor, speaking on the website Off site, stressed that those who had submitted a relevant application in 2020 or in previous years and their application was approved, will not need to reapply for 2021.
"Those who were approved last year or previous years, will be examined and approved when we receive the necessary data from Social Security, around May," we were told.
The exceptions
According to the competent official of the Ministry of Labor, the new beneficiaries and those who applied last year to receive the Benefits and were not approved, will have to apply for this year.
Applications for the Allowances are expected to be made public in the coming weeks.
Change items
In the event of any change in marital status or circumstances affecting their right to payment of the benefit, beneficiaries who will not need to apply for this year must notify the Welfare Benefit Management Service in writing by completing the relevant Form Change Items. It is understood that beneficiaries will have to provide the necessary supporting documents.

For example, if a woman is divorced, she will need to complete the Change of Form and attach together a copy of the divorce and a decision of the Court of Parental Care or the Alimony Order.
If the child of a family is over 18 and presented to the army, the Benefit Management Service must be given a certificate from the National Guard, showing the date of their classification.
