The foucault fans and the others that accompany the baking are slowly warming up. Many people warm up for Swan Thursday, while what concerns them is the "sad" one in butchers and supermarkets.
SigmaLive contacted the President of the Butchers Association, Costas Livadiotis, who said that the market is numb as people are affected by both the epidemiological picture and the measures.
Mr. Livadiotis told us briefly the prices for the goodies of the fucus. The "king" of the day, the rib at 10 - 11 euros. The pork skewer at 5 - 6 euros while the steaks and bacon at 4.5 - 5 euros.
Last week the Consumer Goods Observatory released the prices of basic goods.
