He added that the vast majority of students are minors. "In order for a decision to be made for minors, there must be the consent of the parents. "There was no case of a decree concerning minor children."
"We asked the parents to urge the children to proceed with sampling tests, but we can not impose it. "It is recommended by the Ministry and it is for their good, so that they are not exposed to the virus or expose others," he said.
