President Anastasiadis requested a proposal for an additional allowance for mountainous areas from Ministers to the Council of Ministers.
According to the announcement of the Presidency, the President of the Republic Mr. Nikos Anastasiadis, taking into account the exceptional weather conditions that prevail especially in the mountains, but also the increase in the cost of fuel prices that are recorded worldwide, asked the competent Ministers Of Finance and Interior, to present a proposal to the Council of Ministers next Wednesday, so that in addition to the mountain area allowance, a one-time emergency aid will be granted, in order to address the problems caused by low temperatures to the inhabitants of the mountainous areas.
