At 13:38 response to an apartment building on the second floor in Geri. Response with two fire trucks from Nicosia fire stations. The fire was in clothing in a storage area. At the time of the fire, the occupants were absent. The cause was a problem with an electrical device.
At 21:30 response to a fire in a double-cab vehicle parked inside a car wash facility at a gas station in Peyia. Response with two fire engines from Paphos Station. The vehicle sustained extensive damage. An inquest will follow today.
At 23:05 response to a fire of approximately two hectares of dry grasses, low wild vegetation and piles of waste materials in a hilly area in Kallithea in Dali. Response with three fire engines from Nicosia Stations and control of the fire at 00:45. The causes are being investigated.
