The right foot found in Lara belongs to an adult person, according to an anthropologist.
The human footprint that was found in the area of Lara by a citizen on Sunday, according to the Assistant Police Director of Paphos Operations Michalis Nikolaou, was examined on Wednesday by an anthropologist and a medical examiner.
In his statements to the KYPE, Mr. Nikolaou said that the examination showed that "it concerns the right leg, which belongs to an adult person, and is in a state of soaping."
Mr. Nikolaou continued, samples were taken for genetic testing purposes.
Mr. Nikolaou recalled that the Police investigations carried out by land and sea were concluded without result without finding any evidence related to the case.
The human footprint was spotted by a citizen who had gone swimming in the area of Lara.
