A barometric low is affecting the island today, while a weak low pressure is expected from Thursday.
Today the weather will be mostly cloudy with local rains and isolated storms, initially in the western half of the island and gradually in the rest of the areas. In a storm, hail is also possible. Snow or sleet is expected in the higher mountains. Winds will be mainly south to southwest at first light to moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort, and soon moderate to 4 Beaufort, later becoming mainly southwest to west moderate to strong, 4 to 5 Beaufort. In a storm, however, the winds can change and strengthen. The sea will be rough and transient to rough in the afternoon, while in the east it will be a little rough to rough. The temperature will rise to around 18 degrees in the interior and on the coasts and around 6 degrees in the higher mountains.
Tonight the weather will be partly cloudy and partly cloudy with isolated showers and thunderstorms expected, particularly in areas to the west, north and east. The temperature until Friday will continue to fluctuate at Wednesday's levels and close to the average climatic values. On Saturday, however, the temperature will drop slightly to remain close to or even slightly below the average climatic values ​​for the season.
