A serious road collision occurred yesterday afternoon in Larnaca, resulting in the critical injury of a 23-year-old motorcyclist.
According to the information under examination, at around 16:20 in the afternoon, a car driven by a 74-year-old man, on Aristophanous Street in Aradippou, under circumstances that are being investigated, at some point on the road, collided with the motorcycle driven by the 23-year-old.
The 23-year-old was seriously injured in the collision and was initially transported by ambulance to Larnaca General Hospital, where it was determined that he suffered bleeding in the head.
Due to the seriousness of his condition, it was deemed necessary to transfer him to the Nicosia General Hospital, where he was kept for treatment. His health condition is described as critical.
Aradippou Police Station continues the examinations.
