Revenues from tourism in July 2021 reached € 245,7 million compared to € 42,5 million, recorded in July 2020, an increase of 478,1%, based on the results of the Traveler Survey conducted by the Statistical Service.
Compared to revenues from tourism for July 2019 (€ 422,0 million), a decrease of 41,8% was observed.
Compared to June 2021 when revenues amounted to € 135,8, an increase of 81% was recorded.
For the period January - July 2021, revenues from tourism are estimated at € 504,5 million compared to € 164,5 million in the corresponding period of 2020, recording an increase of 206,7% and a decrease of 64,6% compared to with the period January - July 2019 (€ 1.425,2 million).
