Today there will be increased high clouds. Winds will be mainly northeast to southeast, light to moderate 3 to 4 and locally to strong, 4 to 5 Beaufort. The sea will be a little rough and rough in the afternoon. The temperature will rise to around 23 degrees in the interior, around 22 degrees on the eastern coast, around 24 on the rest of the coast and around 14 degrees in the higher mountains.
