Cyprus is sending aid for the fires in Greece

Greece has asked the Republic of Cyprus for human resources to support efforts to extinguish the fire, as informed by KYPE.

According to information from the KYPE, Greece requested a short while ago from the Republic of Cyprus assistance in human resources to strengthen efforts to extinguish the fire.

With the instructions of the President of the Republic, Nikos Christodoulidis, and the Minister of Justice and Public Order, Marios Hartsiotis, all relevant services, such as the Fire Brigade, the Civil Defense, the Department of Forestry, as well as nurses, are coordinating for the establishment of a mission according to with transport needs and possibilities, as soon as possible, the same information states.
