Specifically, the highest amount of rainfall during the period in question occurred in Saitta with 48,5 millimeters (471% of normal), in Pano Panagia with 22 millimeters (423% of normal), at Larnaca Airport with 19,2 millimeters (1.129% of normal) and in Xylotymbou with 2,8 millimeters (215% of normal).

On the contrary, according to the preliminary data of the Department of Meteorology, from the beginning of September until Wednesday the 7th of the month, no rainfall was recorded in most of the free areas, including Nicosia, Limassol, Paphos and Polis Chrysochous.
