A 30-month prison sentence was imposed today by the District Court of Paphos, on a 28-year-old, who was found guilty in a case of illegal importation and possession of drugs for the purpose of supply to another person.
The 28-year-old was arrested in connection with the case in question, in April 2023, when YKAN and the Customs Department detected a quantity of cannabis with a gross weight of 540 grams in a package that arrived at the Paphos Post Office from abroad.
