The turbulent life of Alexis Mavromichalis had begun in the 2000s, being a young man who had managed to gather around him several friends and acquaintances.
Alexoui, as Alexis Mavromichalis was known, was especially loved by the people he interacted with, while even the police pursuers had a peculiar relationship with him. It is no coincidence that he had 6.600 followers on Facebook and many of his posts received positive comments from them.
Although he often had frequent confrontations with the Police and was targeted by the Authorities, he was not arrested for any crime, except for the attempted murder of Panagiotis Panagiotou aka "Sweet" together with Didi Rudolph.
The first assassination attempt against him was committed in 2004 when he was still 26 years old. Executioners from Greece failed to assassinate him at close range while he was outside a store. In fact, the two executioners returned the next day without succeeding again. The perpetrators were arrested and the photograph of Mavromichalis was found in their possession.
In 2006, in a strange way, it came to light that the victim of a traffic accident had planned the murder of Mavromichalis.
In 2008, his second assassination attempt was made after a tumultuous period of murders in Nicosia. An unknown person opened fire on Mavromichalis when he was leaving the club of Digenis, which was located on Kyriakou Matsis Avenue. Alexui was injured but survived.
As he also survived the most daring assassination attempt against him in 2015 when mobsters fired at him with an anti-tank gun while he got out of a vehicle outside his home in Strovolos. His 27-year-old guard was killed in the attack, while his wife and then three-year-old son were with him.
Since then, two other plans to assassinate him have surfaced, one from within the Central Prisons. In March 2016 it was revealed after leaking messages that Serbian executioners arrived in Cyprus with a death contract for Alexoui.
On March 31, 2016, they attempted to assassinate him together with two of his friends outside a Nicosia cafe. The executioners, according to the data, chased "Alexui" and one of the two pulled out a firearm. As soon as the Serbian executioners were informed that their plans became known, they left one by one, leaving "open accounts" and without harming him.
The last attempt was a little later when plans were leaked to execute Mavromichalis by Albanian executioners this time. However, he went abroad and was saved.
All of this adds up to a terrifying, blood-soaked scene that showed there were sworn enemies of Mavromichalis, who was consistently the number 1 target of criminals.
