Week of information and checks for driving buses and trucks, from today Monday, May 13, until Sunday, May 19, 2024, the European Traffic Police Network - Roadpol, in all the countries of Europe, which are members.
During the campaign (2nd for this year), the Police in collaboration with the Department of Road Transport - TOM will check:
Driver and vehicle documents
The speed of vehicles
Speed limit devices
Driving/working hours
Tachographs (analogue and digital devices) and
The mechanical condition of the vehicles
Additionally, there will be zero tolerance for traffic violations that lead to fatal and serious road collisions.
