The Ministry of Defense in a statement states that the health examination process by the provincial classification committees, as well as the distribution of clothing, footwear and materials to the 2024 ESSO recruits, will take place from May 20, 2024 to May 24, 2024 and from May 27 2024 to 30 May 2024. The said process will take place from 07:30 to 12:30 as per the allocation table below.
2. Conscripts are invited to come, having with them:
a. The identity card or any other official document of the Republic, on which the identity card number is written, which proves their identity. It is noted that no conscript will be accepted without any of the above official documents.
b. The enlistment invitation note they have received in their e-mail immediately after the electronic submission of the declaration of enlistment selection data or has been served to them by the relevant Military Office (it may also be displayed in electronic form). Recruits who, for whatever reason, have not secured a notice of enlistment are requested to report to the Military Offices immediately.
c. Medical opinions - reports, on any health problems they face, in order to establish their ability to fulfill their military obligations.
d. Bank account confirmation (IVAN) in the name of the conscript, ONLY in case the bank account details were not submitted to the online platform when submitting the 2024 ESSO Conscript Selection Details Statement.
e. Certificate of vaccination status and blood group, ONLY in case it was not submitted on the electronic platform during the submission of the 2024 ESSO Conscript Selection Data Declaration.
It is provided that, those conscripts who did not proceed with the electronic submission of the Declaration of Selection of Conscripts, the data of paragraphs (d) and (e) must be submitted on the day of their presentation to the health examination as well as Certificates in case they belong to a or more scoring categories. 3. In order to avoid inconvenience, the conscripts are requested to strictly observe the specified days and times which are written in the enlistment notice.
4. It is noted that the conscripts who will not be deemed fit for enlistment or whose ability judgment is pending, will not be granted materials at this stage.
5. Recruits who will be present for a health examination, at the provincial classification committees, will be credited with an additional 10 points, which will be taken into account during their selection process in National Guard Units.
6. In the event of inability to attend the health examination and the provision of clothing, footwear and materials, a new schedule should be made after contacting the following telephone numbers:

7. Recruits who expressed a desire to be selected as Rank Candidates, at the end of the health examination, those who are deemed fit to continue claiming the positions in question, must compulsorily present themselves for a sports test (with sports clothing) on May 31, 2024. The successful candidates and in the sports test they must appear for a written examination on June 3, 2024. The conscripts will be officially informed about the times and venue after the health examination.
8. Recruits who expressed a desire to join the Special Forces, upon completion of the health examination, those deemed fit to continue claiming the positions in question, must compulsorily present themselves for a sports test (with sports clothing) on June 01, 2024. For the hours and venue, the conscripts will be officially informed upon completion of the health examination.
9. It is noted that, cases of conscripts whose selection procedures are affected, due to their participation in A Levels examinations, will be informed of the date of the supplementary examination after the health examination. Recruits are requested to obtain a corresponding certificate for their obligation to participate in A Levels exams, in order to allow them to take part in the supplementary exam.
