A message has been sent to residents of the area that there is an ongoing security threat.
Specifically, the message states, "There is an ongoing security threat. Please remain indoors and remain in place until further official notice. Move away from windows and take cover behind or under sturdy, solid furniture. Await further instructions."
A few minutes later, a new message informed that the alarm had expired.
