The cold air mass called Coral is affecting the area.
Today the weather will be partly cloudy. The winds will blow southwest to northwest, weak and temporary locally to moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort and the sea will be slightly rough. The temperature will rise to around 13 degrees inland and on the coast and to 4 degrees in the higher mountains. In the mountains and locally in the semi-mountains, frost will initially prevail.
Tonight there will be locally increased cloudiness. Winds will blow mainly northwest to northeast, weak, 3 Beaufort and the sea will be calm to slightly rough. The temperature will drop to 3 degrees inland, to 6 degrees on the coast and to -3 degrees in the higher mountains. Frost will form in the mountains and locally in the semi-mountains.
On Wednesday and Thursday, increased cloudiness may bring isolated rain, mainly in the mountainous areas, while on Friday, local rain or even a storm is expected. On Thursday and Friday, snowfall is also expected in the higher mountainous areas.
The temperature will gradually increase noticeably until Thursday and will not change significantly on Friday, to fluctuate close to average climatological values. The depth of snow in Chionistra, at the time of issuing the bulletin, was 5 centimeters.
