The Paphos Police proceeded with the arrest of a 15-year-old for a case of four burglaries and thefts from a Kindergarten and a Primary School.
According to a police statement, a minor was arrested, who is allegedly involved in four burglaries. The first burglary was committed on 14.6.21 in Kindergarten, the second burglary occurred on 23.8.21 in Primary School, the third on 23.9.21 again in Kindergarten and the last on 29.9.21 again in Primary School.
On 7.10.21, after examinations by the Police, a 15-year-old minor was identified, for whom there was information that he was involved in the cases. He was questioned in the presence of his mother, his lawyer and an official of the competent service and is said by the Police to have admitted the commission of the four burglaries.
A testimony was then taken from the minor, who then allegedly named a second person, also a minor, as an accomplice.
The case is under investigation by TAE Paphos.
