The Police made 11 complaints in the last 24 hours, after checks throughout Cyprus for the observance of the measures against its dispersal. COVID-19.
According to a spokesman for the Police Press Office, a total of 1926 checks were carried out, which resulted in complaints against 10 citizens and 1 premises.
Specifically, in Nicosia, 558 inspections were carried out and 5 citizens and 1 person in charge of the premises were reported. The betting agency, which was reported for the presence of a customer without a safe pass, was fined € 1500.
In Limassol, 125 checks were carried out and 2 citizens were reported. 402 inspections were carried out in Larnaca, 118 in Paphos and 91 in Morphou, without any complaints. In Famagusta, out of 337 inspections, 3 complaints of citizens emerged.
From 56 checks carried out by the Traffic Department and 36 checks carried out by the Port and Maritime Police, no complaints emerged.
