What applies to those Cypriots traveling from a country of the Red Category

The Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works reminds that those Cypriot citizens and legal residents of the Republic of Cyprus traveling from a country that has been classified in the Red Category, will not submit a negative PCR laboratory test which will be performed within 72 hours before departure, will must be self-limiting for a period of 3 days. 
In this case, in order to end their self-restraint, in addition to the PCR laboratory test that will be performed upon arrival at the airport of the Republic of Cyprus, must:
(a) carry out a new laboratory PCR analysis, 3 days after their arrival in Cyprus;
(b) the result is negative and
(c) send it to monada@mphs.moh.gov.cy.
For the convenience of the citizens, so that they can avoid self-restraint, the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works recommends to the Cypriot citizens and legal residents of the Republic of Cyprus who intend to travel from a country that is classified in the Red Category, as a laboratory PCR, within 72 hours before their departure to Cyprus.
It is noted that all passengers arriving from Red Class countries undergo a PCR laboratory analysis upon arrival at the airports of the Republic of Cyprus.
Finally, it is reminded that, based on a decision of the Council of Ministers dated 17 February 2021, those passengers arriving from the United Kingdom until 31 March 2021, will remain in places designated by the Republic of Cyprus for a period of 7 days and the relevant costs will be borne by State.
