A fatal traffic collision occurred on the evening of Holy Tuesday in the Oroklini area of Larnaca.
Specifically, the Police are investigating the causes of a road traffic collision, in which Petros Christodoulou, 57, from Larnaca, lost his life.
The fatal traffic collision occurred last night, in the Larnaca district. Specifically, at around 10.20pm on Tuesday night, on a road in Oroklini, where the 57-year-old was riding his motorcycle and under circumstances that are being investigated, he collided with a car driven by a 46-year-old man.
Police members rushed to the scene for examinations, while an ambulance crew transported the 57-year-old to Larnaca General Hospital, where at around 11.15 pm, he succumbed to his injuries.
The 46-year-old was arrested pursuant to a court warrant and taken into custody for police examination purposes.
Larnaca Traffic Police is investigating the causes of the fatal road collision.
