Three years in prison for the 32-year-old for the triple fatality in Polemidia

The 32-year-old broke a red light and led his three friends to their deaths

The District Court of Limassol imposed a three-year sentence on the 32-year-old who was found guilty on February 17, on three charges, for the triple fatality in May 2017.

The defendant was found guilty of causing death by negligence, in violation of Article 210 of the Penal Code.

It is recalled that the triple tragedy occurred in Polemidia in the early hours of May 27, 2017, when the 32-year-old's vehicle collided violently with the two-cabin vehicle carrying Andreas Yasemi, 32, Dimitris Savva, also 32, and Panagiotis Stefanou, 26.
