A three-year-old child is being treated at Makarios Hospital with a head injury and a lung contusion, after falling from the 3rd floor of an apartment building in Limassol.
According to the Police, the incident occurred on Tuesday morning while two siblings, aged 3 and 9, were in the apartment, being looked after by their 19-year-old sister.
Under circumstances that are being investigated, the three-year-old child fell into the void, from a height of approximately 7,8 meters.
It was deemed necessary to transfer him to Makarios Hospital in Nicosia, where he is being treated for a lung contusion and a head injury. His condition is considered out of danger.
Police are continuing their investigation.
