The budget is not balanced and has a deficit of € 485.050, which is expected to be covered by the accumulated reserve of the T / C Property Management Fund, which until December 31, 2020 amounted to € 2.910.570.

This budget provides for expenses amounting to € 16.725.133 and revenues amounting to € 16.240.083, which come from a state sponsorship to the T / C Property Guardian (€ 7.500.000), from T / C Property rental rents (€ 4.840.040). 3.837.333) and from the execution of various projects, by the hourly paid staff of the technical crews, for a corresponding and equivalent expense in the budget of expenses, which is made for accounting purposes (€ XNUMX).
